location: the hotel was near the city centre, also near the bio-bio river and the airport. the place was not too far from krunch, where you can have dinner. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of meals to choose from.

The staff were decent. The room was a big size with an extremely comfy bed. The location of the property was unbeatable and magnificent, reasonably close to the airport. It was not far from a lovely park at the foot of a hill, near the Bio-Bio river, and the center of town.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location near the center of town and reasonably close to the airport was very convenient. We were pleased with the hotel facilities and cleanliness of our room. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's parking and transportation options. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel chain. the location was perfect, being reasonably close to the airport and near the center of town. the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and bathroom. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the service was friendly and helpful. the hotel also had fantastic facilities like an indoor heated swimming pool and fast WiFi internet.
The only negative about the hotel was that the air conditioning was sometimes noisy and inefficient.

Great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and juices. Comfortable and clean rooms with good wifi and free parking. Convenient location close to downtown and waterfront.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were very friendly. the hotel location was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the swimming pool was also a nice bonus to cool off after a long day of sightseeing.
The Wi-Fi was terrible, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet. the rooms were very noisy and I could hear everything from the hallway and adjoining rooms.

The only good things about this hotel were the clean rooms and decent breakfast selection. It's also located near a nice park and river, which we appreciated. However, that's about it.
This hotel was a complete letdown. We also had issues with the staff, who were unhelpful and unprepared.
